Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers, development team, UI/UX, and stakeholders in the Agile process to ensure features meet business needs
  • Gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders
  • Collaborate with BA to refine requirements from high-level concepts to detailed specifications and propose viable solutions
  • Prioritize and manage development activities based on business goals, system constraints, and user impact
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning
  • Plan and manage sprint activities, resources, and timelines
  • Identify risks/issues and proactively propose solutions
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies
  • Work with QC team to ensure product quality and release readiness
  • Support team performance, motivation, and working environment

Requirements:

  • Level: Junior
  • Good English communication
  • From 1+ year of experience in Project Manager/Scrum Master role
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum process
  • Experience with task management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and handle conflicts
  • Good at research and applying new best practices, and new tools to the project management process
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
