Business Analyst

I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS/ MÔ TẢ

• Independently gather and elicit requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze business requirements and propose effective solutions with clear business value
• Own and define Software Product Requirement Description (PRD), including:
  • Business Flow
  • Use Cases
  • Wireframes / Prototypes
  • Functional & Non-functional requirements
• Scope and prioritize development activities based on business goals, system constraints, and resource availability
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and UI/UX in an Agile environment to ensure correct implementation
• Proactively suggest improvements to product strategy and user experience
• Collaborate with the Project Owner to manage scope and break down requirements into actionable tasks

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS/ YÊU CẦU

• From 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong English communication and documentation skills
• Proficient in BA tools (draw.io, Figma, Lucid, etc.)
• Solid understanding of the software development process, especially requirement analysis
• Hands-on experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Familiar with task management tools such as JIRA, Trello, etc.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis is a plus
