Position Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Manager to drive business growth in the ANZ ( Australia and New Zealand)  market. In this role, you will work closely with our Business Development team to convert qualified leads while also leveraging your own professional network to generate new business opportunities. You will build long-term client relationships, support commercial discussions, and contribute to expanding Globaldev's presence in ANZ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop business opportunities in the ANZ market.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to qualify, nurture, and convert sales opportunities.
  • Leverage your existing professional network to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Lead client meetings, understand business needs, prepare proposals, and support commercial negotiations.
  • Coordinate with Delivery Managers and Engineering teams to propose suitable IT outsourcing and software development solutions.
  • Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
  • Represent Globaldev at networking events and business communities when required.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, IT Sales, or a related role within the IT Outsourcing, Software Development, or Technology Services industry.
  • Existing network or business connections in the ANZ market is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with international B2B clients and managing the full sales cycle is an advantage.
  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good English communication
  • Basic understanding of software development, IT outsourcing services, or dedicated development team models.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with other markets (beside ANZ) is a bonus.
